Welcome Packet for New Users

WiFi

ATAMI's network administrator, Keith Price, needs the MAC address for your computer to register it. Following are the instructions to find your MAC address.

When you locate it, please email it to Keith ([email protected]) and copy Danielle Clair ([email protected]). In that email, please explicitly identify your research group advisor or company, so that we don't need to come back to you for more information to establish that your request is legitimate.

  1. Click the Start button and type cmd and hit enter
  2. In the command window, type getmac/v and hit enter

Additional Information

  • Tenants have a "cubby" for USPS mail. There is a large slotted box on the first table north of the lobby with labeled cubbies for tenants.
  • For non-freight parcels from UPS, FedEx, et al., the drivers use the intercom to reach "Deliveries," and those calls reach several staff in sequence. For non-freight parcels that don't require a signature, shippers leave packages on the deliver table, and recipients simply pick them up there. If a non-freight parcel does require a signature, we try to track down a tenant employee to sign for it.
  • Freight is delivered to the back of the building, where there is a buzzer as well as phone numbers for drivers to call addresses directly, and we track down an employee to accept freight deliveries.
