Post and receive mail and parcel deliveries:
  • Tenants and OSU Research Groups have mail cubbies for USPS mail north of the ATAMI lobby.
  • Parcel deliveries (UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc.) are delivered to the tables north of the lobby. Parcel drivers use the intercom to reach ATAMI staff who grant access to the building. Drivers leave packages on the delivery table, and recipients simply collect them from there. If the shipper requires a signature, ATAMI will make an attempt to notify the recipient or another person from the same tenant company or OSU group.
  • Freight is delivered to the rear/east of the building, where drivers use the rear intercom for building access. For damages and liability concerns, we prefer that recipients be on-site to personally accept delivery; other delivery arrangements can be considered on a case-by-case basis with advanced consultation by email to [email protected].
Connect to ATAMI Wi-Fi Networks:

Before your device can connect to the appropriate network for you, ATAMI's IT needs the MAC address of your device to register it. Once you locate your device MAC address (instructions below), email it to [email protected]. The subject line should read "ATAMI Request to register MAC address." In the body of the email, please explain who you are and whether you are affiliated with OSU or a tenant company.

  • OSU Users—OSU-registered devices will connect automatically to Eduroam or the OSU Secure network. New device? See above.
  • External Users—ATAMI’s wi-fi network for non-OSU users is OSU Access.
