Located on the Hewlett Packard Inc. Corvallis campus just northeast of OSU, ATAMI is equipped for microsystems fabrication, materials characterization and new materials development. The facility supports OSU College of Engineering research in hierarchical product and process development for industrial and manufacturing, chemical process intensification and arrayed microfluidic applications, advanced (additive) manufacturing and advanced manufacturing processes.

ATAMI's state-of-the-art labs are also home to nine industry tenants including OSU spinouts Inpria and Valliscor.

In 2010 ATAMI completed a major building expansion, which provided over 22,000 ft2 of new finished lab space and offices. We're excited to now be embarking on a new facility expansion, an OSU investment that will more than double the amount of finished lab space, filling a needed shortage for such space in the Willamette Valley.
